Shipping

Return & Exchange Policy

  • Estimated time of arrival is based on USPS shipping days and destination. Assume 4-5 days with standard shipping.

  • Shipping may take longer during peak times and inclement weather. 

  • Please allow 3 business days to get your order ready to ship (not including Saturdays and Sundays)

  • You will receive an email with a tracking number if your email is provided and if there is a tracking number available for your order.

  • International customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.  lindssews. will not be responsible for delays due to customs.  

  • lindssews. gladly accepts returns. Customer must contact lindssews. within 3 days of delivery and must ship the items back to lindssews. within 7 days of delivery in original condition.

  • lindssews. does not accept cancellations or exchanges.

  • Please contact lindssews. if you have any problems with your order. 

  • Due to the nature of these items, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  1. Custom or personalized orders

  2. Teethers and Taggies (for hygiene reasons)

  3. Items on sale

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.  If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
